Isle Connect You celebrated 3 years of the project and we are pleased to say that we reached our target of THREE HUNDRED members in 3 years, and we met it 31 days early!This project has been so rewarding for us to work with the older generation of our community over the past three years.We are so proud of each and every one of our members, we hope that you all keep in touch – it’s been such a pleasure to be part of your journeys. A short message from Becky, Isle Connect You Project Manager.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to manage such a worthwhile project. It has meant so very much to so many people. During the three years our team have been supporting people, we have seen big positive changes in our members lives.

You have all joined us for a number of reasons and the end goal has always been one of independence and a more enriched life.

Working with the older generation has been one of the best experiences of my time here with Sheppey Matters – you have made our work so very worthwhile.

Please keep in touch and keep an eye and an ear open for any new projects we may run in the future.

Sheppey Matters are still here and we want to continue making a difference to people lives.
