Sheppey Goes Cycling!

Sheppey’s Big Bike Revival was a HUGE success!

We had plenty of people come along to our Big Bike Revival event this past month on Sheppey.

We held Cycling lessons at Oasis Academy and bike fixing opportunities on 5th and 12th March as well as group led rides from Sheerness Healthy Living Centre along the beautiful trails of the Isle of Sheppey for all abilities.

This was a great social event for all involved and gave riders the confidence to get back on their bikes!

We hope to hold more fitness opportunities this year, giving people a chance to socialise whilst giving back to their psychical and mental health.
