Inspire Me

Inspire Me is one of our newest projects with the purpose of tackling loneliness and isolation for people up to and including the age of 59. We have our Legacy project working with those aged 60 and over.

Inspire Me help with a number of problems that some may find difficult to talk about or people may feel alone and feel they have no one else to relate to. We discuss and tackle loneliness, mental health, menopause and much more. We have workshops, groups, activities and even outings. We also help by offering advice and support such as our foodbank service and signposting to various organisations that can help further if needed. Some activities, services and meets are on-going whilst we have special one off events and activities through out the year.

On 14th May our first Menopause Meet and Mingle took place and this has been on going each month since.

Also in May we started our group Not Sew Alone where members could bring their existing craft projects or start new ones, but rather than do these alone they could work with and alongside others, get help or support or even just company.
