Touch rugby involves no rucks, mauls or scrums! It is a fast-paced game and play is often uninterrupted for long periods! 
Touch rugby is a very good way to increase fitness and ball handling skills over the summer! 
Come along and have a go alongside the friendly team at Sheppey Rugby Club, Wednesdays 7-9pm, 16+ and all genders welcome!
