We will provide an accredited training course in association with the Oasis Isle of Sheppey Academy for 24 young people. They will study health and hygiene, first aid and a Jamie Oliver qualification in catering and hospitality. Students will gain practical experience with Mike Spackman our Community chef at food truck at events around Swale.
Our Charities aim is to help young people become work-ready in catering and hospitality, an industry actively seeking to recruit people throughout the year and providing a realistic chance of not just a job, but a worthwhile and well-paid career.
