Women’s Health & Wellness Expo – 7th August

Sheppey Matters would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our very first Women’s Health & Wellness Expo. The event was a tremendous success, with over 110 women attending to engage in an empowering and educational experience.

We were privileged to host inspiring guest speakers who covered essential topics on women’s health, including menopause and the Mummy MOT. The NHS, Local businesses, Organisations and charities also joined us, offering valuable services in areas of health & wellness services.

Our goal was to educate, empower, and support women and girls on crucial health topics in a relaxed and informal setting. The event was buzzing with energy, featuring seminars, practical workshops, and a vibrant mix of art, music, food, and drinks that encouraged open and meaningful conversations.
